Step 1. Complete an account application form
The first step in getting set up with an Orange Hire account is to fill out our easy electronic account application form online or an old-school paper account application form. You’ll need to provide us with your customer details, details of directors, partners and sole traders, trade references as well as some additional information.
Step 2. Send your completed form to the Orange Hire team
Once you’ve filled out all the relevant details, email it through to us at applications@orangehire.com.au.
When your application has been processed, our friendly accounts receivable team will give you a call to welcome you to Orange Hire. We like to get to know each of our clients personally so we can help you to make the equipment hire process for your next job as seamless as possible.
Step 3. Wait for your account confirmation details
Our accounts payable team will get you set up with a new account in our system. Once it’s ready to go, they’ll send you an email with your account confirmation details. You can expect to receive another call from your account manager. This helps us to learn more about your business, the kinds of projects you usually hire for and how we might be able to offer more competitive rates and quicker service compared to some of your current suppliers.
Once the wheels are in motion with your first hire, your account manager will check in to make sure that everything’s gone to plan.
