About the Project:
The Cross River Rail is a new 10km rail line stretching from Dutton Park to Bowen Hills, which includes nearly 6km of twin tunnels under the Brisbane River and its CBD. The project includes the construction of four new underground stations plus upgrades to eight existing stations.
By unlocking the bottleneck at the core of Brisbane’s transport network, the Cross River Rail will allow more trains to run more often, enabling a reliable turn-up-and-go transport system for South East Queensland.

About the project
Kingsford Smith Drive is a major Brisbane arterial road linking the CBD to the Airport, Port of Brisbane and other key precincts. Brisbane City Council has committed to a $650 million dollar improvement project that will see significant road widening and better public transport options brought to the area. About the project
Our customer, Abergeldie Contractors, was engaged to extend, realign and reprofile public roads to make them usable as a road-racing circuit for the annual Supercars Championship event. This included realigning civil and service structures in the Newcastle CBD as well as the nearby beachside residential areas.
Stage 2, 3 & 4 of the construction of Newcastle’s V8 Supercar Track was awarded to Abergeldie, with fast-tracked works planned to ensure the strict deadline could be met.
